Our pigs are raised ecologically.

All of them are born and raised on our farm: they are crossed with "Cinta Senese" pigs (a breed from Tuscany).

Like our pigs our cattle too are raised ecologically. We produce meat and an excellent charcuterie (salami, raw ham, sausages...).

It was quite natural for us to choose the "marchigiana" cattle breed, since it is considered one of the best breeds for the production of meat. The choice of "marchigiana" breed is also due to our strong bond to the territory; it is the philosophy of our project and our way of living.

Our ecological cattle- and pig breeding (we produce meat only for our restaurant): is a guarantee for our guests and basis for a correct relationship with animals.
