The Farm
In our farm we breed horses, cows and pigs.
Our horses
are the so called “Cavalli del Catria” one local breed that people used for
different kinds of hard works in the country. They were broken in for our
manège that can also be attended by people who have no experience with
horse-riding.
Cows and
pigs are bred here at the farm to produce excellent meat. We choosed the “Marchigiana”
cow breed because it’s one of the most appreciated breeds in Italy and the pigs
are the result of a cross between the “Cinta Senese” breed (coming from Tuscany) and the “Large White”
breed coming from northern Europe.
All kinds
of beef and pork meat as well as the cold cuts that you will find on our menu
are coming from our farm.
